Can I access the training material after I have completed my course?

Yes. You can use your username and password to login and review the training material even after completing the training.

“However if you have not logged in to the system for 6 months we remove all your details from our system to ensure the data protection of our client”.

Is there a time limit on completing the course?

No, there’s no time limit in which you must complete your training. You can split your training up over many different sessions if you wish, or complete it in one go. You’re free to learn entirely at your own pace.

Which devices do your training courses work on?

You can access training on any electronic device as long as you have an internet connection.


I’ve lost my certificate, how can I get another?

You can login to your training account and download a PDF replacement at any time. If you require a replacement hard copy then please contact us by emailing info@www.arkotraining.co.uk

My certificate has arrived and the name is incorrect – can this be changed?

Yes, that’s not a problem! Simply post the certificate and details of the name change to our address:

Once we receive the certificate we’ll make the changes and send a new one out by first class post.

When will I receive my certificate?

For our classroom courses providing that your training has been paid for, you will receive it within 3 weeks for. For our online courses you can download an electronic copy of your certificate immediately after completing your course.

If your training has yet to be paid for, we will send out your certificate once we have received payment.


I don’t have a company code and password

If your employer has registered for our Company Sign Ups feature then they should issue you with a company code and password that can be entered in to our Learning Management System.

Alternatively you should only require a username and password to access your training. These details can be entered in to our Learning Management System.

If you still need to purchase your training then please do so by adding the required training into your basket on the page of your desired.

I haven’t received my login details.

Once you’ve purchased your training your login details will be sent to your email address straight away. If you’ve not received an email from us please check your junk or spam folders. If you’re still experiencing trouble then please contact us by emailing us at info@www.arkotraining.co.uk

I’m having problems completing my training.

If you are experiencing issues completing your course we recommend clearing your cache, which you can do on your browser. In most cases when you log back into your account you will be able to proceed without issue. If this doesn’t work and you’re still experiencing problems then please get in touch with us by emailing info@www.arkotraining.co.uk

For the best experience we recommend completing our training using Google Chrome.

My employer has given me a company code and password, what do I do now?

Once you have your company code and password you need to sign up for your training.


How can I get started with the online training.

Getting started with your training couldn’t be easier! Just add your desired course(s) to your basket and check out. We’ll then send you a username and password that will give you instant access to your training, and you’re ready to go.

I want to purchase a number of courses for my employees, how can I do this?

If you’re purchasing training for your team then you need to add the number of courses you require to your basket. Once you’ve made the purchase you will be emailed a list of login details that you can distribute to your staff.

I’m buying a course for someone else, what details do I need to enter?

When purchasing the training please enter the details of the cardholder. When the learner logs in for the first time they will need to enter their own details.
