No, there’s no time limit in which you must complete your training. You can split your training up over many different sessions if you wish, or complete it in one go. You’re free to learn entirely at your own pace.
You can access training on any electronic device as long as you have an internet connection.
You can login to your training account and download a PDF replacement at any time. If you require a replacement hard copy then please contact us by emailing email@example.com

Once we receive the certificate we’ll make the changes and send a new one out by first class post.
For our classroom courses providing that your training has been paid for, you will receive it within 3 weeks for. For our online courses you can download an electronic copy of your certificate immediately after completing your course.
If your training has yet to be paid for, we will send out your certificate once we have received payment.
If your employer has registered for our Company Sign Ups feature then they should issue you with a company code and password that can be entered in to our Learning Management System.
Alternatively you should only require a username and password to access your training. These details can be entered in to our Learning Management System.
If you still need to purchase your training then please do so by adding the required training into your basket on the page of your desired.
Once you’ve purchased your training your login details will be sent to your email address straight away. If you’ve not received an email from us please check your junk or spam folders. If you’re still experiencing trouble then please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are experiencing issues completing your course we recommend clearing your cache, which you can do on your browser. In most cases when you log back into your account you will be able to proceed without issue. Getting started with your training couldn’t be easier! Just add your desired course(s) to your basket and check out. We’ll then send you a username and password that will give you instant access to your training, and you’re ready to go.
If you’re purchasing training for your team then you need to add the number of courses you require to your basket. Once you’ve made the purchase you will be emailed a list of login details that you can distribute to your staff.
When purchasing the training please enter the details of the cardholder. When the learner logs in for the first time they will need to enter their own details.
