The course explores a wide range of conditions, and the sources of potential help and support that is available, including from healthcare professionals.
The Level 3 Qualification covers the content of both the Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, but in more depth and detail. This course is aimed at the workplace supervisor / manager to improve understanding of responsibility for mental wellbeing at work. It provides knowledge to enable empathetic and supportive management of team members.
Aimed at supervisors or managers, the course is however suitable for anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the subject; including the support teams (Human Resources, QEHS, Health & Safety), who may have strategic responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture and responsibility for First Aid provision within an organisation.
Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Certification
Learners must successfully pass both parts of the assessment to be awarded the qualification. No external assessors are required.
